hello everyone today is Thursday January 6th 2022 and it is think about it Thursday so remember I told you we were going to think about our word of the month again on Thursday what's the word of the month perseverance perseverance that long 12-letter words and what is perseverance mean review the continued effort to do or cheese something despite difficulties failures or opposition this time of the year a lot of people set goals they want to achieve something these sometimes they're called New Year's resolutions and I want you all to think about a goal something that you can really achieve for this go here's something I need to do that I'm going to work on one of my goals is to be able to drink more water now that may seem silly and maybe not so difficult but I don't really like to drink water especially throughout but my doctor said I need to drink more water I need to become more hydrated so my goal is to drink at least three bottles of water a day I'm going to put my effort I am determined to do it I am going to persevere so think about some you would like to achieve this year set a goal and persevere give your effort your determination do your best and reach that goal maybe you want to start reading better stop biting your nails think about some really feasible doable goals that you can reach and talk about it with your class if you want but let's persevere and try to reach those goals okay let's check our birthday list here we go January 6th happy birthday to Luciana who is a first grader and Miss Crawford and Miss Carter's class and happy birthday to Trevor V he is a Pre-K students in Miss thumb and Ms congratulations to a birthday students teachers if there's anyone that I miss please let me know and I will give him a proper shout out for tomorrow that's all for now for think about it Thursday please remember set those goals persevere keep doing your best your great job this week remote learning is is still going on and you're still doing fantastic and hopefully we'll be able to get together soon okay in the meantime everybody please remember to stay safe always be kind and make it a great day
